I admit it. I have a big problem when it comes to flies. There is a part of me that would like to own and fish just about every fly that is on the market today. When the new Montana Fly Company catalog shows up at my mail box I will stare at it for days trying to figure out what new bugs I can’t live without having in my boat bag! This is one of those flies that I am dying to try for the upcoming Skwalla hatch. If you have ever seen a Skwalla in the water, they are extremely active. They wiggle from side to side as they come to the surface. That is why I find this pattern so intriguing. With the hook bent off to the side and the rubber legs this bug should come alive in the water! I will let you all know how it fishes here in a couple of weeks.
